Saowaree Chun-ngamAssociate Director

For the past two decades, I have dedicated myself to the healthcare industry. From the very beginning, my mission has been to bring about positive change in the lives of others. Starting as a healthcare assistant, I immersed myself in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, supported living, and emergency departments.

Motivated by a strong desire for personal growth and development, I seized every opportunity to advance my career. As I progressed, I assumed management roles that allowed me to lead and guide others. Within the NHS, I served as an operations manager overseeing complex care and ensuring the highest standards were met. With each new position, my experience and expertise expanded, leading me to become a complex care registered manager, regional manager, and eventually, a director. Throughout my journey, my unwavering commitment has always been to deliver exceptional care.

My vision is to create a healthcare environment that fosters compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to enhance the well-being of others.

Sarah Rayner Clinical Nurse Lead

I qualified as a registered nurse in learning disabilities in 2010 and begun working in the field of neurological rehabilitation inpatients. In 2012 I made the move to the role of independent case manager assessing and providing care and rehabilitation packages to people who have sustained a brain or spinal cord injury, both adult and paediatric. I progressed in this carer up to senior / Adult Lead and had begun to work as a care expert before moving to YCHC in June 2023 as Clinical Lead. I am passionate about ensure people can live in the community and receive safe, effective bespoke care in their home no matter the severity of injury.

Outside of work, I am a wife and mum which takes up most of my time and I enjoy getting away either on holidays, camping or day trips as much as possible. I love food, probably too much and in all honestly have not set foot in a gym for at least 10 years.
